Oh me oh My! This little hidden Jewel I had apparently passed dozens of times and knew nothing of it, until last night. Dirty birds is located at the opposite end of the Wayne's grocery store strip mall off of North Graham Street. Not knowing what to expect never heard of the place I stopped in last night and was greeted by a young lady who did exceptionally job in making recommendations for me and she offered a wonderful personality. I ordered the pick 3 combo plate I got wet lemon pepper chicken wings as well as the honey hot chicken wings both extra wet and shrimp fried with a side of sweet potato fries. The wait was especially not that long and once they text me on my phone I was back to retrieve my order. Once more the young lady understanding giving a great first impression handed me my order and made sure that I needed any condiments and I was off. Oh let me tell you the wings I don't know if you can remember when chicken used to be chicken and not that chicken that sometimes you get from our Asian persuasion brothers and sisters not that tough big gigantic pterodactyl but the delegate soft dainty whole wings that your mama and your grandma used to make. The wings were lightly floured and tossed in my two flavor profiles and they had seasoning that you could not imagine. The seasoning wasn't too much but it was just right it was perfect I even had season for my fries. If the chicken had a crisp to it that was not overpowered by the wet flavors that I got. The shrimp was crispy and also the fries were. The sweet potato fries were not overpoweringly sweet they were perfect and they were crispy. I don't know if they fried this chicken and holy oil or what because it is divine simply divine. The food containers were sturdy and even the to go bag was a good to go bag. Chicken to me has always been judged by if I put it in the refrigerator as a leftover I can get up in the middle of the night and eat it cold and would it still wow me and this chicken did! I literally "Klint Debons" as you can see in the pictures. They did not get a fifth star only because I could have been getting fat off of them a long time ago but I never knew anything about them so I would love for them to beef up their marketing and advertisement. To the staff the owners and everyone involved down to the graffiti painters with Dirty Birdz, I salute you. They are open late late which is a bonus the sign says 2:30am 4:Exam weekends. 2016 N. The owner is so sweet. The food is amazing and I would recommend to anyone. One of the best places to eat in Charlotte . Been there 3 times already this week.

Honey lemon pepper wings, salmon bites, waffle fries, and cornbread were 12/10 perfect and felt i didnt even wait 10min. Personally my new favorite spot! I loved how the corn bread had a crunchy edge and had a buttery soft texture.

The cheeseburger egg rolls AND fries were totally delicious! This is my go to dish, although the wings and other dishes are delicious as well.

This place is amazing the food is top tier and the customer service I received this morning was out of this world. I had the honey lemon pepper and omg I am telling all of my friends about yall and I will be back.

Tried to order here tonight, had a hard time finding the phone number and when I finally found it at the bottom of an instagram photo nobody answered. When I am actually able to eat from here I’ll update my review. Update: my boyfriend ended up going there when they didn’t answer the phone. Fries, Mac and cheese, and shrimp were all hittin will order again but I suggest making it easier to order/contact you guys!
